If you asked me what my culinary interest were, I would say Mediterranean, specifically Italian, and if I really got down to the weeds, it would be Southern Italian, especially Neapolitan foods.  I love Naples.  Having said that, I have traveled to some diverse areas and enjoy a wide range of foods.  I also really like to try new and exotic foods and when you live in Toledo, Ohio, there are a lot things that seem exotic to me.  So as this collection grows, there will be a lot of Italian dishes, but expect a fairly wide ranges of flavors.
